About the payment of the airfare fee and confirmation of the application

After receiving the transfer instructions, please transfer the "airfare fee" to the designated account within one week.
Reservations will be confirmed in the order in which the application fee is received. If payment is not confirmed within one week, your reservation will be cancelled.

There is no application fees for this retreat.

Payment of remaining tuition fees

Once your application is confirmed, please make the payment by the specified deadline.
If for any reason you are unable to make the payment by the deadline, please contact us.
Please note that if you do not make the payment or contact us, you may not be able to participate in the course.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, a cancellation fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. Please note that if you cancel between two and one month prior to the event , an additional 40% of the course fee will be charged. Please note that if you cancel within one month of the event, we will not refund you for any reason. When making your transfer, please use the name you used to register.
