CONCEPT

YOGART emphasises the yoga teaching of "don't compare yourself with those around you.
In your daily life, do you unconsciously pay attention to the eyes of those around you and lose sight of your true self?

Through breathing, connecting the mind and body, accepting others and releasing the self. Through yoga, you will feel your mind lighten and your body lighten and become flexible along with it.


Yoga is a philosophy.

Posing is only one part of yoga.
By making your mind flexible and light, your body will naturally become light as well. And vice versa, you will be able to experience it.
You can take all the lessons with peace of mind, entrusting yourself to the experienced instructor who has over 10 years of experience in yoga and values the philosophy of yoga.


We will observe each client's body and tell you how to take poses that suit your individual needs without strain during the lesson to tone your mind and body.
