月の満ち欠けのようにゆったりと呼吸に合わせて動き、体をすみずみまでほぐしていきます。

ゆっくりゆっくり動いていきますので、深い呼吸も意識しながら、行ってみましょう。

クラスを終えたあとは、満ち足りた心地よい充実感を味わっていだけると思います。

As we moved into the final week of our Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with final student teaching practices, we also embrace the elements of Air and Ether—symbols of expansion, lightness, and connection.

Air invites us to flow, breathe deeply, and cultivate a sense of freedom in our practice. It reminds us to stay open, adaptable, and in harmony with movement.

Ether (Space) is the subtle element that holds everything together. It teaches us to listen to the silence, find stillness within, and connect with something greater than ourselves.

We explored what it means to surrender, trust, and elevate our consciousness.

Together we are stronger.

In week three of our Yoga Teacher Training Course, we immerse ourselves in the transformative power of fire—symbolizing passion, discipline, inner strength and digestion.

Fire embodies Tapas, the yogic principle of self-discipline and determination. It fuels our practice, dispels doubt, ignites the light within us and supports digestion & metabolism (physical & emotional).

Through dynamic asanas, breathwork, and trataka meditation, we cultivate the heat essential for growth and transformation.

As the temperature rises, we also explore techniques to cool down and slow our pace, managing the intensity of excess Pitta. It is not the time not to burn out, but to refine, strengthen, and energise.

Hanam (Defining Goals): Establish clear, personalised objectives to alleviate suffering and restore balance. These goals should encompass immediate relief and long-term well-being tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances.

Every action we take has immediate or delayed effects, and each carries consequences that can influence future actions. For example, treating someone kindly may lead them to act similarly in their next interaction, creating a continuous cycle.

To prevent actions we might regret, we can practice dhyana, or “reflection.” This involves considering the potential outcomes of important decisions, including imagining the opposite choice. By reflecting with objectivity and visualisation, we can avoid actions that may lead to new troubles.
