  • OUTREACH We support Japan through charity events to raise money for the disaster-affected areas and build support for Indian Charity Mango Tree which provides education for unprivileged children.

  • EVENTS We cultivate a sense of community by sponsoring and supporting special events like Hiruzen Yoga and empowering young local artists. 


    • REGULAR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS We offer more than ten classes weekly to accommodate different interests, abilities, and schedules.

    • RETREATS  We host retreats at various locations in Japan and India for individuals interested in immersion in yoga-related subjects.

    • TEACHER TRAINING We offer a 200-hour Teacher Training Program consistent with Yoga Alliance standards for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status in Association with Sampoorna Yoga in India. Our program emphasizes safety, ethics, integrity, and knowledge consistent with the tradition of Ashtanga yoga and the creative hearts of Vinyasa Flow yoga.
